A 45-year old man with pathologic fracture
- CC: “ low back pain and muscle weakness’’
- PI: The patient is a 45 year old man who suffered from low back pain for 5 years with the diagnosis of L4 Spondylolisthesis.
- He underwent surgery at Be’sat Hospital.
- The pain didn’t get relieved and 3 months later more fractures were diagnosed in the spine.
- 96 >> The BMD shows osteoporosis in spine and femoral neck but no investigation was done in that era.
- 97 >> The patient admitted in Pakdasht Hospital after adding lower ext. edema to his symptoms, for more work ups.
